  • EL RUBIAL DIES Through the Troquelvi brand, it is dedicated to:

    * Design and creation of dies and stamps: Manufactures dies in various materials such as duralumin, bronze, brass and steel. It is mainly the footwear and leather goods sector that is its potential customer. But they make dies for all kinds of purposes.
    * Design and creation of 3D molds: They make 3D molds both to embed skin with male and female, as well as for TPU with injection molds.

    They work with duralumin, brass, bronze and steel. Being the duralumin the most used, since it is the most economical and gives very good results.

    * Preparation and development of strip dies: They are made in one or two edges, smooth, textile or scalloped cut. The strap heights range from 19mm to 50mm. Special steels are available. Various finishes, depending on their purpose. We have the best PATENTED (R) cutting and pressure marking system.

    * Design and creation of plates for the placement of studs: They manufacture plates for the placement of studs, using a very effective method.
