The company DUYBA is a specialist in the manufacture of prefabricated soles for the production of footwear. They make different types of prefabricated soles where they mix and combine multiple materials such as: leather, crepe, EVA, rubber and synthetics; which allow them a wide variety of finishes. Among their products, the following stand out: • Soles with heels, the heel is integrated with the rest of the components of the sole to achieve a homogeneous result that is consistent with the character of the shoe. The heels are made of various materials such as manzonite, sole, wood, methacrylate, plastics... And in turn, these can be modeled or covered with fabrics, leather, EVA... • Soles with superimposed heels in different materials and fabrications. An example of these are the boot-type soles or the rounded sole, which are light and elegant soles where the multiple finishes with which they can be treated stand out; or the Cuban-type fabrications, which allow for more informal soles where other components such as frames, welts, spays, etc. can be incorporated. • In lined soles that are covered with materials such as raffia, jute, leather, textile, EVA… in order to create attractive combinations. In this manufacturing, the platforms allow the movements necessary for the foot to walk naturally. • Soles with EVA, a very light material that allows for a lot of volume without increasing weight. Different pieces are assembled to achieve the volumes and shapes that best suit the shoe they will be part of.
