After the announcement of the agreement for the labor reform, in the BOE of December 30, Royal Decree-Law 32/2021 of urgent measures for labor reform, the guarantee of employment stability and the transformation of the market has been published of work that, among other issues, modifies contractual modalities, establishes new flexibility mechanisms and resumes the ultra-activity of collective agreements.
